(DHI, formerly BDO Leasing and Finance, Inc.) recorded a net income of \u20b1171 million in the first nine months of 2024 compared to \u20b1205 million in the comparable period in 2023.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">The company paid \u20b13.2 billion in cash dividends in May 2024, which reduced the funds available for investment, and consequently, resulted in lower income from investments.
